Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- International Shipping (EU): 7-14 business days
- International Shipping (Rest of World): 14-21 business days
Shipment Confirmation You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes ELEVORA SHOP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages ELEVORA SHOP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
